Procurement / Purchase Manager

We are looking for an experienced and cost-focused Procurement / Purchase Manager to manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relationships while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely availability of materials and services. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, supplier management experience, and a deep understanding of procurement processes.

As a Procurement / Purchase Manager, you will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing purchase orders, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires analytical skills, market knowledge, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement and purchasing strategies
  • Source, evaluate and manage vendors and suppliers
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, terms and delivery schedules
  • Raise and manage purchase orders and approvals
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and services
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations teams
  • Control procurement costs and optimize purchasing budgets
  • Maintain procurement records, MIS and compliance documentation
