Office Assistants/Executives

Job Role:
We are hiring Office Assistants/Executives to assist in daily office operations, data entry, coordination, and documentation. Ideal for BBA, BCom, or similar degree graduates seeking to build their career in office administration or back-office support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office communication, including calls and emails
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, documents, and records
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other office-related documents
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff

Requirements:

  • BBA, BCom, or any related degree
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Punctual, reliable, and responsible
