Job Role:
We are hiring Office Assistants/Executives to assist in daily office operations, data entry, coordination, and documentation. Ideal for BBA, BCom, or similar degree graduates seeking to build their career in office administration or back-office support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office communication, including calls and emails
- Organize and maintain filing systems, documents, and records
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other office-related documents
- Provide general administrative support to office staff
Requirements:
- BBA, BCom, or any related degree
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible
