Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, communication ability, and experience in lead sourcing through digital and outbound channels.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for finding potential customers, collecting contact information, qualifying leads, maintaining lead databases, and supporting sales conversion. This role requires analytical thinking, follow-up skills, and knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through digital, outbound and inbound channels
  • Research target companies, industries and decision-makers
  • Collect and verify contact details (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Conduct initial outreach via calls, emails or social platforms
  • Qualify leads based on requirements and sales criteria
  • Maintain and update lead database and CRM systems
  • Share qualified leads with sales team for conversion
  • Track lead generation metrics and prepare reports
