Client Success Manager

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management skills, problem-solving ability, and experience in managing client accounts.

As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, resolving issues, ensuring service delivery, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
