Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to build relationships with potential customers.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, follow-ups, proposal support, and achieving sales targets. This role requires persistence, negotiation skills, and a clear understanding of customer needs and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads
  • Contact prospects and present products or services
  • Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales
  • Support proposal preparation and sales documentation
  • Maintain client database and update CRM records
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for deal closure
