Call Center Agent

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide excellent service. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, updating CRM systems, and achieving performance targets. This role requires active listening, problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:
